Grandma Flake's 80th Birthday





Floretta Hatton Flake, Dan's mother turned 80 on July 16 this year. We celebrated her birthday on Sunday at the Flake Family reunion. We were happy to have Aunt Dorren and Uncle Wendell and some of their kids and grand kids and Aunt Vonda and her daughter Chi Kay come up and join us for a celebration. We had cake, watched a few video tributes and played 'How well do you know Flo".

I am so glad that Grandma has been able to live in St. George near us for the last three years. We have enjoyed Sunday dinners and watching sports and Hallmark movies with her at her home across from the temple. We will miss having her so close to us but have really cherished our time together.

We love you Grandma Flake!
