Andrew leaves for El Salvador for Two Years to Serve the Lord

Andrew got to fly out of the new St. George Airport to LA and on to Guatemala to the MTC.  Brian and Paula Mogenson from our ward were our special guardian angels. They just happened to be on the same flight as Andrew; so Brian said he'd be Andrew's companion and walk him to his gate in the LA airport where Andrew was able to meet several other missionaries headed to Guatemala City. The first tender mercy of many more to come for Andrew as a missionary.

Whoops, Andrew's two large suitcases were 13 lbs. overweight. Good thing I threw in an extra carry on just in case we needed it. When you have 3 pairs of size 13 shoes and 1 pair of boots to pack, the weight adds up quickly. Dawson and Dillon helped repack the suitcases.

Brother and Sister Mogenson were his guardian angles and so him safely to his gate at the LA airport.

With his friend, Shelton Hughes. Shelton is now serving his mission.

Good bye Elder Flake! See you in Two Years...
